I am a life coach. I am not a licensed physician, psychologist, counselor, or therapist. I do not provide counseling or healthcare, and I do not diagnose or treat anything. Coaching, whether live-in or virtual, is a partnership- you make your own decisions and you are responsible for the actions you take. Splankna is faith-based- it begins with listening prayer and uses energy techniques. It is self-regulated and is considered a form of Complementary and Alternative Medicine. Everything on this site is general information, not advice, and reading it does not make us coach and client. I cannot promise a particular outcome, and no story or review here is a promise of one.
