You don’t need another pep talk.
You don’t need another “just try harder.”
You need a path — one that meets you where you are, speaks truth without shame, and helps you rebuild from the inside out.
There are three ways forward, each designed for a different season of life:
Splankna for deep emotional-release work
SPARK for rebuilding identity and direction
ICE for immersive healing and lasting transformation
Which path fits where you are right now?

Choose the Path That Matches Where You Are
Real change doesn’t follow a one-size-fits-all formula. Some people need intensive work. Others need accountability and community. And sometimes, what you need most is immediate relief from what’s been weighing you down. Choose the path that matches where you are—not where you think you should be.
What Makes These Approaches Different
Addresses Root Causes
These aren't band-aid solutions or surface-level coping strategies. Whether through Splankna's energy psychology, SPARK's structured accountability, or ICE's intensive work, each path is designed to create lasting change at the source of your struggles.
Works in Your Real Life
From Splankna sessions that release what's trapped in your nervous system, to SPARK's practical tools you implement daily, to ICE programs that transform your actual environment—change happens where you live, not just in theory.
Proven Methods, Real Results
Energy psychology isn't experimental—it's evidence-based. Virtual coaching isn't just support—it's structured transformation. Live-in intensive work isn't invasive—it's the depth of change traditional methods can't provide.
Meets You Where You Are
Start with what feels manageable- if you're not ready for the most intensive option, ease into transformation with a single Splankna session or , individual SPARK coaching. If you''re ready to go 'all-in', commit to an Immersive Coaching Experience.
How This Works
Choose Your Path
Start by identifying which approach matches your current needs. Need immediate relief? Splankna. Want structure and community? SPARK. Ready for deep transformation? ICE Programs. Still unsure? Schedule a consultation and we’ll figure it out together.
Schedule Your Start
For Splankna, book your first session. For SPARK, join the next cohort. For ICE Programs, we’ll plan your intensive dates. Each path has different timelines and commitments—choose what you can actually follow through on.
Do the Work
This isn’t passive. Splankna requires you to show up and let your body release what it’s holding. SPARK requires you to implement tools and stay accountable. ICE requires you to face what you’ve been avoiding and do the work in real time, in your actual life. Each path demands something from you—but nothing you aren’t capable of.
Experience the Shift
Relief that lasts. Patterns that actually change. Transformation you can feel, not just think about. Whether through nervous system healing, consistent support, or intensive immersion—the result is life that works differently.
Real Stories. Real Results.

Sheli Dodson - Godsend Sheli and I met as neighbors in our teens; we recently reconnected three+ decades later. My home & life-habits were in disrepair. For the last 7years, my life had become a maze of caregiving, tracking medical appointments, & emergencies for a progressively dysfunctionally ill man. My home & life-habits were in disrepair. An alternate care facility had just been set up. Now I was ready for change in my life but couldn’t see where to begin; it was completely overwhelming and discouraging to even think about re-organizing my home, my habits while working full-time. Sheli saw through my piles of avoidance and fear - and she made change happen. First step Sheli helped me accomplish was getting appliances working again & addressing deferred maintenance. Appliances that had not worked for years were up & running; revitalization was happening! Next, Sheli helped me organize and clean out rooms, encouraging rational decisions; what to keep, what to give away. With Sheli’s help & support, I went through each room of the house. There were so many things overly full of memories for me, easy to look away from- Sheli helped me sift through items & make objective choices . Rearranging & organizing rooms made the place feel renewed again. Sheli has an objective eye for home set up as she ran a successful bed & breakfast out of her own home for over a decade The improved feng shui helped the feel of new energy & flow. It was cathartic getting items filled with old memories out of the home, and helped get me ready for the next step. The hardest part was developing & keeping a new mindset & new patterns. My pattern of putting out the fire in front of me each day, but avoiding the slow embers of life responsibility; paying attention to home maintenance or my self-care had taken a back seat to running in a circle of crisis. Sheli helped me face the patterns of avoidance I had developed. She got me to move through the old habits and laid out suggestions for new ones. She guided me forward into the 21st century, setting me up with better organization habits, including the home office, automatic bill-paying, a laundry sorting system, & reducing kitchen clutter. Sheli helped me re-focus on self-care, both the mental & the physical. This is really where Sheli excels. Less is more. Less paper (sigh - receipts from 20yrs ago), less clutter (clothing not worn for many years). Less self-blame & criticism. She helped me gradually integrate areas of self-care with new routines and new perspectives about myself. Sheli had the energy and objective mindset to see not only the changes that needed to happen but also the steps to get there. Her focus on details helped me acknowledge what ever I had been reluctant to address. Sheli offered help & re-direction without judgement, whether the issue was my lack of confidence with new habits, or my feelings of self-blame & guilt for situations far beyond my control. She continues to offer ongoing support & follow-up care with encouragement and accountability, taking calls and questions Changing habits takes time and consistency. New is unfamiliar & uncomfortable; it’s easy to fall back into old habits, then feel guilty for my failure, then repeat the cycle. It’s been helpful knowing I’m going to have a weekly appointment with Sheli. She continues to offer ongoing support & follow-up care, with encouragement & accountability, taking calls & questions no matter how trivial or ignorant I feel for asking them, then encourages me to recognize my progress and positive steps forward. If you are ready for moving your life ahead, but need help & support to make it happen, I gladly recommend Sheli Dodson for this immersive coaching experience to guide you through this transition time. She calls herself half cheerleader & half drill sergeant. She cheers you on and lifts you up, but she also pushes you and keeps you on the highest priority tasks that you need to be doing to be successful. While working with her, it started to become natural for me to do things weekly to move the needle in my business and do those task I used to deem as "scary" or " too anxious" to do. After only a few sessions of her guidance, I had more clarity as a business owner, better structure with my processes and systems, and felt a lot of confidence. I am so thankful to have worked with her. I would highly recommend her!Google rating score: 5.0 of 5, based on 3 reviewsVerified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. If You’re Ready vs. If You’re Not
PERFECT IF
- You’re tired of surface-level solutions and ready for approaches that address root causes.
- You’re willing to do uncomfortable work if it means actual change.
- You understand that transformation requires effort—whether that’s letting your nervous system release trauma, staying accountable in a group setting, or allowing intensive work in your home.
- You’re ready to meet yourself where you are, not where you think you should be.
NOT RIGHT IF
- You’re looking for quick fixes or passive solutions.
- You want someone to do the work for you rather than guiding you through doing it yourself.
- You’re not willing to face discomfort, challenge your patterns, or invest time and energy in real change.
- You expect immediate results without consistent effort.
- You’re seeking validation rather than transformation.
Sheli Dodson
I spent decades in financial services, relationship management and risk mitigation. At the same time, I ran a successful bed & breakfast for over a decade. Those experiences, along with my advanced training in public speaking and communication, taught me how to read people, create environments where transformation happens, and communicate clearly without the therapy-speak. I trained in Splankna therapy because I wanted to offer tools that actually release trauma from your nervous system—not just help you talk about them.
I know what works in real life, not just in theory.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which path is right for me?
Start with where you are now and what you actually need—not what sounds most impressive or what you think you “should” do. Need immediate relief from trauma or anxiety? Start with Splankna. Want structured support with flexibility? SPARK. Ready for intensive, deep transformation? ICE Programs. Still unsure? Schedule a consultation and we’ll figure it out together.
Can I do more than one of these?
Absolutely. Decide if you want to start with Splankna for immediate relief, need SPARK for ongoing support, or recognize that you’re ready for an ICE Program to do intensive work. These aren’t mutually exclusive paths—they’re tools that serve different needs at different times.
What kinds of issues can Splankna help with?
Splankna is effective for a wide range of emotional, spiritual, and relational challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, anger issues, self-sabotaging patterns, relationship conflicts, grief, addictive behaviors, and spiritual blocks. Because it addresses root causes rather than just symptoms, clients often experience breakthrough in areas they’ve struggled with for years—even after trying traditional therapy or counseling.
What does the live-in coaching program include?
The live-in intensive program brings me directly to your home for 2-6 weeks of immersive coaching. This includes daily Splankna sessions, practical life coaching tailored to your specific goals, real-time support as you navigate daily challenges, and customized tools you can use long after I leave. Unlike traditional weekly therapy where you discuss problems after they happen, we work through issues as they arise in your actual environment. This accelerated format creates lasting transformation in weeks rather than years.
How much does it cost?
Investment varies based on your program choice and duration, as well as your specific needs. Access to the six-week SPARK virtual coaching program is a $1500 investment. Intensive Coaching Experiences start at $5,000, which includes all sessions, coaching, travel, and accommodations during my stay. Individual Splankna sessions are $125 for each 75-90 minute session. I also offer a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your situation and determine which option would serve you best.
What's your cancellation policy?
For individual sessions, I require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For live-in intensive programs, a deposit of 25% is required to secure your dates, which is non-refundable within two weeks of the start date. I understand that emergencies happen—please contact me as soon as possible if circumstances change and we’ll work together to find a solution.
Do you work with couples or just individuals?
I work with both individuals and couples. Many relationship issues stem from unresolved personal trauma or emotional blocks that affect how we connect with others. I can work with you individually, with you and your partner together, or a combination of both approaches. During the live-in intensive format, I often work with both partners separately and together, which creates powerful shifts in the relationship dynamic.
What if I'm skeptical about energy psychology?
That’s completely normal—most of my clients were initially skeptical too. Splankna works whether you believe in it or not because it addresses the physiological stress response in your body, not just your thoughts or beliefs. I encourage healthy skepticism and welcome questions throughout the process. What matters most is your willingness to try something different and your commitment to your own healing. The results speak for themselves.
What happens after our time together ends?
You’ll leave with practical tools and protocols you can use on your own, plus a clear action plan for continuing your progress. I’m available for follow-up support via phone or video sessions as needed. Many clients find that a few follow-up sessions over the following months help them maintain momentum and address new situations as they arise. You’re not just getting temporary relief—you’re gaining tools for lifelong emotional and spiritual health.
