Alaska has been 'home' for most of my life. I was raised with high levels of discipline and even higher expectations- a foundation that still shapes how I lead, how I coach, and how I show up.
I bring a blend of grit, grace, and grounded wisdom to everything I do. I’ve spent years walking alongside people in the trenches of life, offering coaching, consulting, and real-time support that’s both compassionate and no-nonsense. I’ve always been the one people call when things get messy, when clarity is needed, or when it’s time to stop talking and take action.
