My Background

I was raised in a middle-class family with two parents, two sisters, and sometimes a dog. Alaska has been 'home' for most of my life. My dad was a no-nonsense Army veteran and former drill sergeant who believed in discipline, grit, and doing the right thing—even when it's hard. My mom was... complicated. It was (and still is) my father that I looked up to; his unwavering principles became the foundation that shaped me: how I lead, how I coach, and how I show up.

I bring a blend of grit, grace, and grounded wisdom to everything I do. I’ve spent years walking alongside people in the trenches of life, offering coaching, consulting, and real-time support that’s both compassionate and no-nonsense. I’ve always been the one people call when things get messy, when clarity is needed, or when it’s time to stop talking and take action.

I’m not afraid of the hard stuff—emotionally, spiritually, or practically—and I bring my whole self to the work I do. My values aren’t just words on a page; they’re how I live. If you want someone who’s been in the trenches and still shows up with hope and fire, that’s me.

You’ll find me by seeking out nearby labyrinths, ice cream parlors or any quiet corner where deep conversations are happening.
