Splankna Sessions

For individual Splankna sessions: 72 or more hours notice gets you a full refund, less any non-recoverable payment processing fees. Between 24 and 72 hours, you'll receive a session credit good for 60 days from your original session date. Less than 24 hours notice, or a no-show, means the session is forfeited.

Packages follow the same policy for each session, and are non-refundable once any session in the package has been held.

SPARK (6-week virtual program)

  • Your $250 consultation fee is credited toward your SPARK program fee.
  • I only run a limited number of SPARK programs each year, so a deposit of 30% of your program fee ($750) holds your spot. The $250 you already paid counts toward that deposit, so you pay $500 when you enroll. The deposit is non-refundable.
  • The balance ($1,750) is due at your first session.
  • Cancel 14 or more days before your first session: your balance payment is refunded. The deposit is not.
  • Cancel less than 14 days before your first session, or after your sessions begin: no refund.
  • Rescheduling a session: give me at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice, or a no-show, means that session is forfeited. All sessions must be completed within 10 weeks of your first session.
  • If I'm the one who can't continue (illness or emergency), we'll reschedule your remaining sessions. If that isn't possible, I'll refund the sessions you didn't receive.

Live-In Programs (ICE: SHIFT, EVOLVE, THRIVE)

  • Your $250 consultation fee is credited toward your program fee.
  • A deposit of 25% of your program fee holds your dates. The $250 you already paid counts toward that deposit, so you pay the difference when you sign your service agreement. The deposit is non-refundable.
  • The balance is due 30 days before your start date.
  • Cancel 60 or more days before your start date: everything you've paid is refunded except the deposit (which includes your consultation fee).
  • Cancel 30 to 59 days before your start date: half of what you've paid beyond the deposit is refunded, or you can move everything you've paid to new dates within 12 months.
  • Cancel less than 30 days before your start date, or leave the program after it begins: no refund. Your dates were reserved for you and can't be filled on short notice.
  • If I'm the one who can't continue (illness, emergency, or safety), we'll finish your remaining days on new dates within 12 months. If that isn't possible, I'll refund the days you didn't receive.

  • If I have to cancel on you: you get a free reschedule, or a full refund if rescheduling doesn’t work for you.

If you enroll in SPARK or an ICE program, your $250 is credited toward your program fee.
