SPARK is a dynamic six-week virtual coaching program designed to ignite transformative change in your life. Through a combination of group calls, personalized coaching sessions, and practical exercises, SPARK empowers you to set powerful intentions, practice new behaviors, adapt to positive change, revitalize your surroundings, and kindle lasting transformation.
What Is Included
Group Calls
You’ll have access to group calls twice a month for three months to provide you with a community for support and accountability.
- Targeted training once a month
- Hot Seat Session once a month
Holistic Wholeness Overview
One virtual 90-minute session to unpack where you are in terms of diet & nutrition, hydration, sleep and exercise
One virtual 30-minute session to assess the impact of your home environment
Virtual Room Reboot
A virtual 60-minute session to guide you into creating a vision of what you want your home environment to look like
Environment Optimization
Three one-hour virtual coaching sessions to guide you as you declutter and optimize one room of your living space.
Habit & Mindset Reset
Six weekly 30-minute virtual sessions where we will work together to:
- Establish personalized morning routines,
- Introduce healthier lifestyle practices around nutrition, sleep, exercise, and hydration,
- create micro, meso and macro goals that we will revisit weekly. (**expect high levels of accountability!**)
Tranformation Toolbelt
Introduction and implementation of three techniques (Power Posing, Tapping Algorithms, Collarbone statements) that you can use to reset yourself to help bring your best self to the forefront.
