Course description
An Immersive Coaching Experience (ICE) is ideal if you want and/or need to make changes (big and small), and want and/or need ongoing personal support.
It’s me, walking with you through the challenges and changes, encouraging and guiding you as you discover, cultivate and embrace your authentic, powerful self.
But what does that look like, and how do we begin?
How We Begin
In our initial consultation & assessment, we will:
- Review your current life situation, including any challenges you are facing and any areas in which you would like to improve.
- Discuss your personal and professional history, taking into consideration your education, work background, and personal interests
- Make a preliminary assessment of your strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth.
- Determine your primary and secondary goals in key areas of your life, and Examine your time constraints.
What Happens Next?
Based on our discussion and your level of interest, I’ll draft a tentative agenda for either a one-week, two-week or four-week ICE.
