What can we accomplish in two weeks?
The SHIFT ICE is all about laying strong foundations. Together, we’ll dig deep and clarify what your core values are and identify ways you can show up more as your true self.
In the first few days, I’ll do a lot of observing and asking questions, then we’ll formulate a flexible plan of action, and reassess every few days, refocusing as needed to make sure we are addressing your areas of concern.
