I spent over 25 years in corporate America, working in banking and finance, where I wore many different hats. I excelled I’m customer service, then used my focus, empathy and problem-solving skills in consumer lending, where I guided borrowers through financial hardship with debt repayment plans. from consumer lending, I moved over to Business & Commercial Services, where I oversaw a Business Development team, then shifted ot Risk Management and Mitigation as a Portfolio Manager.
People are always shocked to hear that I did Collections (both consumer and commercial)  for almost two  decades.  The words I heard most frequently were, “But you’re so NICE!”  I discovered that people struggled with conflict resolution- whether financial, emotional or relational- adn think that conflict and problems can only be met with force and hard words. ..
