That my worth was tied to my performance. That if I just kept doing more, doing it better, doing it longer… eventually it would be enough.
It wasn’t enough. It was never going to be enough.
That moment- combined with a relationship that imploded and a season of depression I wouldn’t wish on anyone- became the catalyst for all of it. I quit my job, sold my home, and started over. Went deep into my own healing, discovered Splankna therapy, got certified, and built a coaching practice around the thing I had to learn the hard way:

Phase 1 — Assess & Uncover (Week 1)
We start by figuring out where you actually are- not where you think you are, not where you want to be, but where you ARE. Your health baseline (nutrition, sleep, hydration, exercise). Your home environment. Your core values. The patterns underneath all of it. No assumptions. No guesswork. We determine what’s really going on so we’re focusing on the right things.
Phase 2 — Rewire & Rebuild (Weeks 2–5)
This is where it gets real. Three tracks running simultaneously: your environment (we’ll declutter and optimize your living space through virtual guided sessions- yes, I will actually be on the call with you while you do it), your habits (weekly check-ins to build and refine your morning routine, nutrition, sleep, and goals- so expect high levels of accountability!), and your subconscious (six Splankna sessions to identify and release the stored emotional trauma and trigger patterns that are driving the behaviors you keep trying to change). Plus the Transformation Toolbelt- Power Posing, EFT Tapping, and Collarbone Statements. Tools you can use on your own, between sessions, when life happens.
Phase 3 — Lock It In (Week 6)
We recap your outcomes, document what shifted, and make sure the changes have actual roots- not just ‘I felt good for three weeks and then slipped back.’ You leave week six with a clear picture of who you are now, what changed, and what comes next.
